Berlijn, 19 mei 2022. In de Berlijnse wijk Tremptow-K\u00f6penick wordt een e-bike gestolen. Dankzij de ingebouwde GPS-tracker van het merk IT’S MY BIKE kan hij binnen een uur worden gelokaliseerd en teruggevonden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Omstreeks 15.20 uur meldt de eigenares van de elektrische fiets de diefstal in de IT’S MY BIKE-app die bij de GPS-tracker hoort. Het Bike Hunter team van IT’S MY BIKE treedt onmiddellijk in actie en ook de eigenares waarschuwt meteen de politie. Minder dan een half uur nadat het misdrijf was gemeld, zetten de eigenares en de politie de achtervolging in. Het Bike Hunter team, dat de GPS-locaties van de e-bike doorgeeft, blijft steeds aan de lijn. Vanuit de wijk Tremprow-K\u00f6penick gaan de gestolen goederen over de Spree naar een woonwijk met flatgebouwen. Gelukkig staat de fiets op een binnenplaats, zodat de tracker een optimale ontvangst heeft.<\/span><\/p>\n

De fiets staat daar gewoon zonder dat hij is vastgeketend. Volgens de bewoners zou deze plek ook een overslagplaats kunnen zijn, aangezien er altijd e-bikes worden afgeleverd en dan verder worden vervoerd. De fiets van de eigenares en een andere elektrische fiets worden door de politie in beslag genomen, waarna de klant haar fiets onmiddellijk kan meenemen. Er konden al personen worden aangeduid die verdacht worden van de diefstal.<\/span><\/p>\n
