Frankfurt, juli 2022. Op de toonaangevende fietsbeurs Eurobike, die voor het eerst in Frankfurt am Main plaatsvindt, presenteert IT’S MY BIKE van 13 tot 17 juli zijn GPS-diefstalbeveiliging voor e-bikes en innovatieve uitbreidingsfasen van het systeem.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Op stand G31 in hal 8 krijgen de bezoekers ook de kans om het team achter de dienst persoonlijk te ontmoeten.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Alleen al vorig jaar werden in Duitsland ongeveer 234.000 fietsen als gestolen opgegeven. De echte cijfers liggen nog veel hoger. Vooral e-bikes trekken de aandacht van dieven. GPS-trackers worden daarom steeds populairder onder e-bike eigenaars. \u201eWe merken de toenemende acceptatie van GPS-systemen op de markt\u201c, zegt Thomas Ullmann, COO van IoT Venture GmbH \/ IT\u2019S MY BIKE. \u201eOns kernproduct is nu gevestigd, wat ons ertoe aanzet te blijven werken aan innovatieve diensten\u201c, vat hij samen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Innovatieve integratie<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Naast het product voor eindgebruikers IT’S MY BIKE, dat via de fietsvakhandel wordt verkocht, werkt IoT Venture GmbH samen met meer dan 20 OEMs die de connected bike-oplossing al af fabriek installeren.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

De nieuwe samenwerkingspartner is FIT E-Bike System Integration, een merk van Biketec GmbH uit Zwitserland. Het bedrijf verkoopt hardware en software om e-bike componenten van verschillende fabrikanten tot \u00e9\u00e9n systeem te verbinden. Biketec verdeelt de oplossing van het bedrijf uit Darmstadt niet alleen onder eigen merk via zijn partnernetwerk, maar biedt ook de mogelijkheid om de tracker snel en gemakkelijk af fabriek te integreren. Voor het eerst wordt ook het CAN-protocol toegepast. \u201eDoor CAN te integreren, kunnen we gerichter werken aan verdere uitbreidingsfasen en aanvullende diensten\u201c, legt Leon Menge uit, Product Owner Bike bij IoT Venture GmbH \/ IT\u2019S MY BIKE.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

E-Bike Data Signature als meerwaarde voor OEM en eindgebruiker<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Door competentie op het gebied van Data Intelligence op te bouwen, intensiveert IoT Venture GmbH \/ IT’S MY BIKE zijn inspanningen om e-bikegegevens evalueerbaar en leefbaar te maken. Door middel van zogenaamde \u201eData Signatures\u201c maken eindgebruikers reeds gebruik van onze ondersteunende diensten voor een betere rijervaring. In de toekomst zal hier nog meer mogelijk zijn: voorspellingen kunnen bijvoorbeeld worden gebruikt om gericht onderhoud te plannen dat later de levenscyclus van het product verlengt. \u201eMet deze aanpak kunnen fabrikanten en dealers hun klanten gerichte aantrekkelijke aanbiedingen en voorstellen voor afspraken doen \u2013 ook na de aankoop. En hulpbronnen worden gespaard, zoals nu al het geval is via onze kerndienst, diefstalbeveiliging\u201c verklaart Holger Trautmann, Co-Founder van IoT Venture GmbH \/ IT\u2019S MY BIKE. \u201eIn samenwerking met de politie slaagt ons Bike Hunter team erin drie van de vier gestolen fietsen terug te vinden\u201c, zegt hij trots. \u201eZonder Data Signatures voor nauwkeurige tracking, zou dit niet mogelijk zijn.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n

Aangepaste servicewereld<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Naast diefstalbeveiliging en tracking omvat de servicewereld van IT’S MY BIKE een reeks andere diensten die de e-bike smart maken. De diensten omvatten rittenregistratie, voordelige verzekeringspakketten en een digitale noodhulpassistent. Door de focus te leggen op Predicted Services moeten andere oorspronkelijk geplande diensten, zoals een platform voor bikesharing of een verbinding met een tweedehandsfietsenbeurs, wijken. \u201eDoor nauw contact met zowel onze zakelijke klanten als onze eindgebruikers hebben wij begrepen dat de behoeften op andere gebieden gericht zijn. Dat iemand zijn eigen e-bike te huur aanbiedt, is nog niet echt gebruikelijk\u201c, constateert J\u00fcrgen Veith, CEO van IoT Venture GmbH \/ IT\u2019S MY BIKE.<\/span><\/p>\n

Voorbereidingen voor expansie aan de gang<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Sinds vorig jaar zenden de GPS-trackers van IT’S MY BIKE niet alleen via de radiostandaard Narrowband-IoT maar ook via LTE-M. Dit betekent dat IT’S MY BIKE in heel Europa en Noord-Amerika kan worden gebruikt. Door deel te nemen aan het \u201eU.S. Market Access Program\u201c van de German Accelerator werden baanbrekende inzichten verkregen. \u201eHet programma heeft ons geholpen om onze producten en diensten vanuit het perspectief van de Amerikaanse markt te bekijken en ze dienovereenkomstig aan te passen\u201c, verklaart Mario Schmitz, Head of Business Development bij IoT Venture GmbH \/ IT\u2019S MY BIKE. \u201eWe treffen momenteel alle voorbereidingen om nog dit jaar met onze eerste vestiging voet aan de grond te krijgen op de Amerikaanse markt.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n
