Everything and everyone is connected \u2013 mijn jaar bij IoT Venture GmbH<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text el_class=”teaser-imb” css=”.vc_custom_1634722226985{padding-bottom: 20px !important;}”]In mijn master bedrijfskunde houd ik me vooral bezig met marketing en bedrijfscommunicatie. Daarom sprak de vacature van werkstudente bij IoT Venture in het najaar van 2020 mij direct aan. De mix van contentmanagement, trendonderzoek en redactionele copywriting in een jong digitaal bedrijf klonk veelbelovend – en zo gingen de dingen hun gang en begon ik in november 2020 te werken in een chique oud pand in Wiesbaden.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Everyone is connected<\/strong>
\nBeginnen te werken als werkstudente in de corona-pandemie vond ik toch wel een uitdaging. Te midden van lockdowns, contactbeperkingen en thuiswerk was het vast erg moeilijk om in een nieuw bedrijf voet aan de grond te krijgen en contact te leggen met collega’s. Verkeerd gedacht. Vanaf het begin werd ik door het team als een volwaardig lid ontvangen en gewaardeerd, heel open en hartelijk. Ik kon mijn uren op kantoor en mobiel werken flexibel indelen en op mijn colleges afstemmen. De merkclaim van IoT Venture GmbH luidt \u201eEverything is connected\u201d. Ook in de manier van samenwerken is het motto terug te vinden. Ondanks de ruimtelijke afstand was de sfeer de hele tijd aangenaam en ontspannen \u2013 geheel volgens het motto \u201eeveryone is connected\u201c.<\/p>\n

Communicatie van A tot Z<\/strong>
\nHet was fijn om in deze omgeving te werken. Gevarieerde en boeiende projecten hebben mij de hele tijd begeleid, van actiedagen tot doelgroepanalyse. Ik kreeg veel inzicht in communicatierelevante gebieden, overal mocht ik mee aanpakken en leren. Instagram, Facebook, Youtube en LinkedIn \u2013 social media behoorden tot mijn dagelijks werk. Naast het trendonderzoek was ik verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en plannen van inhoud. A propos Youtube: aan het begin van het jaar mocht ik meewerken aan een video-interview voor het IT’S MY BIKE-kanaal op het platform. Van het idee en de co\u00f6rdinatie met de videograaf tot de publicatie van de film<\/a>. Echt een cool project!<\/p>\n

Het co\u00f6rdineren van externe dienstverleners, zoals vertalers, of de briefing van onze grafisch ontwerper stonden regelmatig op de to-dolijst. Het verder ontwikkelen en onderhouden van de websites in WordPress en het schrijven van nieuwsartikelen en succesverhalen <\/a>voor IT\u2019S MY BIKE behoorden ook tot mijn taken. Ik waardeerde vooral dat ik zelfstandig eigen projecten mocht co\u00f6rdineren en uitvoeren. Zo was ik verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van het IT\u2019S MY BIKE Instagram-kanaal<\/a>, dat ik zelfstandig beheerde van idee en contentproductie tot postings en analyse. Ik kon mijn creativiteit en experimenteerdrift de vrije loop laten.<\/p>\n

Tussen klantencontact en een praatje met collega\u2019s<\/strong>
\nEen ander klein hoogtepunt was de Eurobike show in Friedrichshafen in september (foto), waar ik aanwezig was als lid van het IT’S MY BIKE-team. Ik was vooraf al betrokken bij de planning. Bovendien heb ik de show in de sociale netwerken begeleid en de internationale reclamefolders geco\u00f6rdineerd. Heel leuk en spannend: gesprekken met eindklanten en dealers en de mogelijkheid om met collega’s aan het einde van de beursdag over andere onderwerpen dan het werk te praten.<\/p>\n

Onderdeel van de genetwerkte toekomst<\/strong>
\nIk kreeg een uiterst gevarieerd inzicht in de wereld van de communicatie van een modern bedrijf. Dingen met elkaar verbinden is de visie van IoT Venture GmbH. Er deel van uitmaken en een businessmodel zoals dat van IT’S MY BIKE elke dag online en offline naar voren brengen en steeds met nieuwe mensen netwerken heeft me veel vreugde en praktijkervaring gebracht. Ik wil al mijn collega’s bij IoT Venture GmbH en in het bijzonder het marketing- en communicatieteam bedanken voor de samenwerking, de steun en het feit dat zij mij altijd creatieve vrijheid hebben gegeven.<\/p>\n
