Eurobike 2021: IT'S MY BIKE op groeikoers<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text el_class=”teaser-imb” css=”.vc_custom_1630272719260{border-bottom-width: 20px !important;}”]Friedrichshafen, september 2021. IT’S MY BIKE presenteert van 1 tot 4 september op de toonaangevende fietsbeurs zijn GPS-diefstalbeveiliging voor e-bikes, de digitale noodhulpassistent en de volgende uitbreidingsstappen van het bedrijf. Daartoe behoren geografische expansie, samenwerking met fabrikanten van e-componenten en nieuwe marktsegmenten. Op stand 401 in hal A1 krijgen de bezoekers ook de kans om het team achter de dienst persoonlijk te ontmoeten.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\u201eOns eerste grote beursoptreden op de Eurobike twee jaar geleden was ook de lancering voor ons fietsmerk IT’S MY BIKE \u2013 in de herfst leveren we de 100.000e tracker in onze verschillende toepassingen\u201c, resumeert J\u00fcrgen Veith, CEO van IoT Venture GmbH \/ IT\u2019S MY BIKE. \u201eEn we blijven dynamisch groeien\u201c, zegt hij tot zijn tevredenheid. \u201eVeel koersen zijn uitgezet voor verdere uitbreidingsstappen.\u201c<\/p>\n

Geografische expansie <\/strong>
\nVanaf oktober zullen de GPS-trackers van IT’S MY BIKE indien nodig ook via LTE-M (CAT M1) uitzenden. Afhankelijk van de netwerkdekking zullen de trackingmodules in de toekomst via deze radiostandaard of via NB-IoT zenden. Dit betekent dat IT’S MY BIKE in heel Europa en Noord-Amerika kan worden gebruikt. \u201eDit is een belangrijke mijlpaal. De weg is vrijgemaakt voor geografische expansie in de komende jaren\u201c, zegt Thomas Ullmann, Chief Operating Officer van IoT Venture GmbH\/ IT\u2019S MY BIKE. \u201eDit betreft meerdere strekkingen tegelijk. Enerzijds kunnen onze OEM-klanten hun producten nu in heel Europa met IT’S MY BIKE-trackers aanbieden. Bovendien staan we klaar om onze achteraf te monteren oplossing in andere landen zoals Frankrijk en Luxemburg te verkopen. Ook onze klanten in Duitsland kunnen tevreden zijn, want dankzij de tweede radiostandaard staan onze diensten nu in bijna elk Europees land ter beschikking\u201c, aldus Ullmann.<\/p>\n

Samenwerking met fabrikanten van e-drive<\/strong>
\nIn de afgelopen maanden heeft het team Business Development een aantal nieuwe fabrikanten als klanten kunnen werven – zowel gevestigde leveranciers als start-ups of jonge bedrijven. Momenteel werkt IoT Venture GmbH samen met ongeveer 20 OEMs en tien e-bike fleet operators. Het bedrijf uit Darmstadt levert ook een oplossing voor montage achteraf aan de gespecialiseerde fietshandel.<\/p>\n

Sinds dit jaar werkt het bedrijf ook samen met de fabrikant van mobiliteitscomponenten en e-drive-systemen Bafang. \u201eHet partnerschap is gericht op de lange termijn\u201c, zegt J\u00fcrgen Veith. “Het doel is om gezamenlijk OEM-klanten oplossingen aan te bieden waarmee zij zich van de concurrentie kunnen onderscheiden. In de eerste fase van de uitbreiding kan ons product vanaf het modeljaar 2022 snel en gemakkelijk al in de fabriek worden gecombineerd met het M200 e-bike drive-systeem van Bafang – onder meer via bestaande lezers en kabels. Dit betekent dat in de toekomst nieuwe diensten, zoals informatie over inspectie-intervallen, ook naadloos achteraf via app-updates kunnen worden ge\u00fcpdatet.”<\/p>\n

Nieuw marktsegment<\/strong>
\nMet IT’S MY RIDE introduceert de IoT Venture volgend jaar een nieuw merk voor verdere toepassingen in micromobiliteit. \u201eWij werken nu al samen met onder meer aanbieders van slimme mobiliteitsoplossingen – bijvoorbeeld met fabrikanten van e-scooters. Met de invoering van een tweede merk zullen we in de toekomst duidelijker kunnen differenti\u00ebren en de deels verschillende diensten beter kunnen communiceren\u201c, zegt J\u00fcrgen Veith. \u201eBovendien breiden we ons bedrijfsmodel met IT’S MY RIDE zoals gepland uit naar andere toepassingsgebieden.\u201c<\/p>\n

Uitbreiding van de samenwerking met fleet operators<\/strong>
\nVanaf 2022 zal de samenwerking met fleet operators wat personeel betreft worden versterkt en verder worden uitgebreid. De IoT Venture zal zijn klanten een portaal aanbieden waarmee zij hun e-voertuigen digitaal kunnen beheren, routes kunnen volgen, de opsporingsservice bij diefstal kunnen activeren en service-intervallen kunnen invoeren. De klanten hebben bovendien de mogelijkheid om hun wagenpark via een API in hun eigen systeem te integreren. De installatie van de IT’S MY BIKE-trackers kan ofwel rechtstreeks in de fabriek van de fabrikant gebeuren, ofwel door montage achteraf. \u201eMet ons systeem inclusief opsporingsservice kunnen klanten niet alleen dieven een halt toeroepen, maar ook geoptimaliseerde beslissingen nemen\u201c, verklaart Leon Menge, Key Account Manager bij IoT Venture GmbH\/ IT\u2019S MY BIKE. \u201eOnze dienst is spannend voor steden en gemeenten, e-mobility lease- en verhuurbedrijven, e-bike sharing bedrijven en mobility platform providers.\u201c<\/p>\n

Financieringsronde afgerond<\/strong>
\nIoT Venture GmbH is goed voorbereid voor de geplande uitbreidingsstappen. In juni nog sloot het bedrijf met succes een financieringsronde (series A) af met een totaal volume van 1,2 miljoen euro. Daarnaast zijn de afgelopen weken belangrijke vacatures ingevuld, zowel op het gebied van klantensupport als op het gebied van software- en app-ontwikkeling. \u201eVoor sommige functies zijn we op dit moment nog op zoek naar getalenteerde nieuwe collega’s.
