IT’S MY BIKE presenteert van 10 tot 18 juni op ZEG Click & View zijn diefstalbeveiliging voor e-bikes, zijn digitale noodhulpassistent en nieuwe samenwerkingen en projecten. Op stand D14 zullen de vakhandelaars ook de kans krijgen om het team achter de dienst persoonlijk te ontmoeten. Zowel de ontwikkelings- als de productie- en vervangingsteams zijn gevestigd in Duitsland. Dit maakt het onder meer mogelijk snel te reageren op verzoeken van klanten of algoritmen snel aan te passen – bijvoorbeeld op basis van ervaringen met het terugvinden van gestolen fietsen.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\u201eSinds de premi\u00e8re van onze GPS-tracker en de bijbehorende app op de ZEG (Zweirad-Einkaufs-Genossenschaft)-beurs in Keulen twee jaar geleden, hebben we ons permanent verder ontwikkeld,\u201c vat J\u00fcrgen Veith, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) bij IT\u2019S MY BIKE, samen. \u201eEn op dit moment zie ik onze digitale servicefuncties als een geweldige kans voor speciaalzaken om extra marge te genereren\u201c, voegt hij eraan toe, verwijzend naar de onzekere leveringssituatie voor fietsen, elektrische fietsen en reserveonderdelen.<\/p>\n

80 percent van de fietsen wordt teruggevonden<\/strong><\/p>\n

Met de oplossing van het bedrijf kunnen fietseigenaars niet alleen hun e-bikes op een betrouwbare en veilige manier lokaliseren, ze krijgen ook een bewegingsalarm en worden door het IT’S MY BIKE-team ondersteund bij het terugvinden van de e-bikes in geval van diefstal. Via de IT\u2019S MY BIKE-app wordt met een eenvoudige click aangifte gedaan bij de politie. In 2020 werd ca. 80 percent van de fietsen teruggevonden. Bovendien biedt de zoek- en vindoplossing nu nog meer rijveiligheid met de add-on noodhulpassistent (1,99 euro per maand). IT\u2019S MY BIKE is een handelsmerk van IoT Venture GmbH.<\/p>\n

ZEMO-fietsen met IT\u2019S MY BIKE-technologie<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sinds maart 2021 zijn alle ZEMO-fietsen standaard uitgerust met IT’S MY BIKE-technologie. Klanten van het merk ZEG hebben nu de mogelijkheid voor 99 euro (drie jaar) of 149 euro (vijf jaar) de digitale producten in de nieuw ontwikkelde ZEMO Smart App 2.0 te laten activeren. In samenwerking met IT’S MY BIKE was ZEMO de eerste fabrikant van e-bikes die professionele digitale ongevalbeveiliging standaard in zijn modellen kon integreren. Voordeel voor de handel: De klantensupport voor de volledige service wordt verzekerd door het IT’S MY BIKE-team, de fietsverkoper wordt op dit punt ontlast en kan zich volledig concentreren op de verkoop en de werkplaatsactiviteiten.<\/p>\n

De samenwerkingspartner voor de noodhulpassistent is de begeleidingsapp WayGuard van AXA. De IT’S MY BIKE-technologie activeert het WayGuard-noodhulpproces bij een val – indien nodig stuurt de alarmcentrale de hulpdiensten naar de plaats van het ongeval.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”downloads”][vc_column]
