Silver FOCUS E-BIKE Innovation Award for IT\u2019S MY BIKE<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text el_class=”teaser-imb” css=”.vc_custom_1626346194610{border-bottom-width: 20px !important;}”]Big celebration at IT\u2019S MY BIKE: the trade brand digital service world has won the Silver FOCUS E-BIKE Innovation Award 2021 in the Connectivity category. 40 renowned companies and institutions were competing for the coveted award with a total of more than 70 entries in ten categories.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\u201cWe’re immensely proud of this recognition by an expert jury,\u201d states Thomas Ullmann, Chief Operating Officer at IT\u2019S MY BIKE. \u201cE-bikes are a key element in the advance towards transport transition. Connectivity and the Internet of Things make this future-oriented means of transport even safer and even more convenient. Our solution fills a gap in this respect and can help to overcome sticking points during purchase, such as fear of theft.\u201d<\/p>\n

IT\u2019S MY BIKE is a pioneering anti-theft protection solution for e-bikes. A GPS tracker and an app deliver a service world comprising an emergency assistant, ride statistics analyses and the option to take out highly affordable insurance packages. More services are set to follow and will be provided automatically during software updates.<\/p>\n

The jury was particularly impressed by the assistance with recovery as well as services such as the digital emergency assistant. “A great all-inclusive solution. The active anti-theft protection, including coordination with the police, is particular impressive,\u201d affirms juror and GREENTECH FESTIVAL founder Marco Voigt. “Assistance with bike recovery is an important part of our service concept and has proven its worth during practical use,” explains Ullmann. \u201cFor instance, working together with the police, we’re able to return four out of five stolen e-bikes to their rightful owners.\u201d
